Excellent service including the greatest breakfast and the lady in the reception was really nice with us answering all of our questions. The apartment is amazing! The viewing for the pool is fantastic together with a beautiful sunset everyday! I highly recommend the Hollywood Mirage to everyone!

This hotel is absolutely STUNNING. It is located at a very high point of Los Cristianos so you get an amazing view from your balcony and the minute you step outside the hotel. The food was superb and they host great events at the complex like a BBQ night, yoga and other shows. The staff went over and beyond for all their guests and it really showed. They are kind, friendly and very very professional. I am not one to go back to the same place, just because I love trying somewhere new when I travel, but without a doubt I will be back in the Hollywood Mirage.

Fantastic. 5 star. Reception received amazing? Fantastic friendly staff that goes out of their way to help. Apartment full of essentials and much more ie salad bowls, breakfast trays, lunch boxes and most of all Free bus from front door direct to Los Cristiano'. Fab place will defo be staying again. We'll done keep up the good work. Looked brilliant for Xmas.

Nice one bedroom apartment, heated pools (~25°), fairly good breakfast for 7 € a day and person. Did not try the dinner. Cleaning every 3rd day. Nice people in the reception. Big pool with "entertainment" (not my interest/taste). Smaller pool quiet and nice. Fair value for price ratio. Stayed there end November and beginning of December 2021.

Lovely well equipped apartments. Spotless clean with regular cleaning service. We stayed for a month and couldn't have been more pleased. Stunning views with sea view apartment. Two fabulous pools, one with activities and entertainment and the other for a quieter experience. Really friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely go back. Up on a steep hill which we walked every day but if you don't like hills a taxi is so cheap and readily available. A memorable stay for all the right reasons. Karen and John

This is a very nice place like Beverly Hills but it's up grade we're in a studio very spacious cooker microwave kettle toaster fridge with small freezer and the most important bit...... Air con this is a very nice place got a supermarket and outside of complex there are other shops and restaurants pubs I am going to be straight with you all it is hilly we have hired a car but to be fair we always do and we normally stay at Beverly Hills.... So if you have breathing problems walking... So on its not for you. Los cristianos beach in car 5 mins walking 20-25 so if you are a mountain 🐐 your laughing.. If you have walking or breathing problems make sure you organise some form of transport and if you just want to put your feet up....... Perfect 👌 got everything..... Simple and very nice staff as well 💯💯❤️❤️👌👍
